Using Brain Science

USING BRAIN SCIENCE TO DESIGN AND DELIVER JOYFUL LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT DISRUPT POVERTY (Bryan Goodwin)

Decades of cognitive science and recent scientific research in classroom make one thing clear: all students are capable of classroom success, especially when their learning experiences reflect how their brains acquire, process, and retain information. During this webinar you’ll learn (and experience) a six-phase model of learning based on decades of cognitive science. You’ll also be introduced to three powerful teaching strategies that emerge from scientific research in classrooms with diverse learners that have been shown to lift all learners and challenge them with high expectations while unleashing their curiosity, supporting deep learning, and making learning fun.
