I am a member but…

I am not seeing the Register link for today’s Webinar.

  • The link won’t be posted until 9:00 AM on the day of the event, but if you still don’t see it, please try refreshing the page once or twice.  
  • If that doesn’t work, be sure you are logged in. You can go to My Account and Log out/in again.  
  • If that still doesn’t work, try quitting your browser or open the site in another browser.
  • One of these steps usually resolves any problems, but if not, please email jbrandis@fmarion.edu or call 843-206-4209 for more assistance.

Forgot your password?:  Click on Lost Password? and follow the prompts.

  • Our security requires that you return to the website (https://learn.fmucenterofexcellence.org/) on the day of each event (after 9 AM)  to Zoom Register.  Just click on the website link, sign in with your username and password, and then click on the presenter’s registration tab.  (Remember that your subscription allows for only one Zoom registration and login per webinar, so please do not allow anyone else to use your account.)
  • Your registration will generate your unique Zoom registration link—it can only be used for one login, so protect it!   
  • The Zoom link will include presenter set up time, so please plan to log in several minutes ahead of the event start time so you are ready to go when the presenter begins.
  • Zoom issues:
    • Didn’t receive the Zoom link?
      •  The email will be automatically sent after you register on the website.  If you registered on the site and still didn’t receive the email, try looking in your junk folder.  
      • If you still don’t see it, register again on the site.  It might be that something was accidentally inserted incorrectly when you registered the 1st time.  
      • Remember…only one zoom link per email so please don’t share your subscription access with anyone else.  
    • Sound issues?
      • The system is set up so your video and microphone will be turned off, but you will be able to hear.  Be sure the sound is working properly on your computer.  Zoom has a test prompt that you can use to test your system.  
      • If you test your system and still have problems, log out/into the event again.
    • If you log in early, you may see a “Waiting for the Host to begin” or similar message. You can stay logged in and just wait for the event to start. It will begin right on time.
    • If it is time for the webinar (or after) and you still don’t see the event, log out/in again. This will refresh the link and readmit you to the event.
