Dr. Lateshia Woodley

Dr.  Lateshia Woodley, LPC, NCC is a Counseling Psychologist and Educational Consultant with over 20 years of experience in education. Her educational background includes a specialist degree in educational leadership and a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology. She has been a teacher, school counselor, school improvement specialist, assistant principal, principal and assistant superintendent. Since 2008, she has worked as a turnaround leader helping to bring about positive changes in some of the lowest performing schools in Georgia and Missouri. As Assistant Superintendent of student support services she received local, state and national recognition for her work leading the charge to develop trauma informed school systems. She currently serves as the Founder and Lead Dream Builder at Dynamic Achievement Solutions, LLC, where she leads school improvement efforts around the world and works with organizations to develop trauma informed communities around the country.
