The Asset-Based approach empowers learners to recognize their strengths and growing skill sets. This allows each student to measure their success through the identification of talents and accomplishments.  Session outcomes include: Comparison of an Asset Based model to traditional indicators of student achievement. Recognize where Asset Based models can be built into student progress systems. Embed use of Asset Based models within the classroom context.
